Industrial assets have always communicated their condition through data. Battery cells produce voltage curves. Transformers produce temperature and load profiles. Motors produce current signatures and vibration spectra. The information was always there — it simply was not being read at the right resolution, with the right models, at the right time.
Novintech was built to close that gap. We connect to the data infrastructure you already trust, add a thin intelligence layer, and route the resulting predictions to the operators who can act on them. We do not replace your systems. We make them legible.
Our engagement model reflects the risk profile of the buyer. Stage 0 is optional and low-commitment. Stage 1 is free and produces a concrete deliverable before you spend a dollar. Every subsequent stage is gated on results from the previous one.
We deploy our gateway to your site and begin capturing data. No intelligence layer yet — just clean signal capture from your existing devices. This stage is optional: if you already have a historian or can export data, we skip straight to Stage 1.
We assess your existing data infrastructure — historian connectivity, BMS protocol availability, data quality, and asset scope. No software deployed beyond data capture. Deliverable: a written feasibility report with a go/no-go recommendation and a proposed pilot scope.
We deploy the Novintech intelligence layer on a defined subset of your assets. You access the live dashboard and see real predictions on your real data before committing to production. Exit gate: a pilot review session with your technical team and ours.
Full deployment across agreed asset scope. Includes monthly model updates, quarterly business reviews, SLA-backed uptime, and dedicated technical support. Pricing is fixed-fee per engagement scope — no variable usage charges.
Customer owns the data.
Your operational data belongs to you. We process it under instruction. No secondary use, no training on your data without explicit consent.
We do not write back to control systems.
Novintech is read-only. We ingest data from your infrastructure; we never send commands or modify setpoints. Your OT security team can verify this at integration time.
Predictions are probabilistic, not promises.
We quantify uncertainty. Our outputs include confidence intervals, not bare predictions. Operators are trained to treat them as decision inputs, not instructions.

Engagement scope and price are fixed at Stage 1 sign-off. We do not bill by the hour or by the parameter count.
