1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms cover use of our public website and the information it provides. They do not by themselves create any service, consulting, or commercial relationship. Any paid engagement (e.g. feasibility, pilot, or production deployment) is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Novintech, which prevails over these Terms for that engagement.

The site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Novintech or its licensors and are protected by applicable law.
