Novintech (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by PT Novintech Integrasi Solusi (in formation), based in Jakarta, Indonesia, provides industrial data-intelligence services. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data when you visit novintech.io, contact us, or interact with our pages, apps, and ads on third-party platforms (including Meta / Facebook). We process personal data in accordance with Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Undang-Undang No. 27 Tahun 2022, “UU PDP”).
1. Data we collect
- Information you provide. When you submit our contact form or email us: your name, email address, company, country, project type, and message content.
- Information collected automatically. Standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, via server logs and security tooling.
- Information from third-party platforms. If you interact with us through Meta / Facebook (our pages, ads, or messaging), we may receive limited information from those platforms in accordance with their policies and your account settings.

- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
- Protect against spam, fraud, and abuse (including human-verification checks).
- Comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Legal basis (UU PDP)
We process personal data on the basis of your consent and/or our legitimate interests in operating our business and responding to your requests, as permitted under the UU PDP.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use only essential cookies and security technologies (including Cloudflare Turnstile) to operate the site and prevent abuse. We do not use them to build advertising profiles. If we introduce analytics or advertising cookies, we will update this policy and request consent where required.

- Service providers that help us operate (e.g. cloud hosting and security via Cloudflare, and email delivery);
- Third-party platforms you choose to interact with (e.g. Meta / Facebook);
- Authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our rights.

Our infrastructure may process data outside Indonesia (for example, in cloud regions). Where this happens, we take steps to ensure a level of protection consistent with the UU PDP.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above, or as required by law, after which we delete or anonymize it.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
